Does it cost anything to use the site?
No. All articles on whats-your-problem.com are free. You don't need to sign up or buy anything to read them.
Do you earn money from the links?
On our German pages, yes. We take part in the Amazon.de Associates programme. If you buy something on Amazon.de through one of those links, we earn a small commission on qualifying purchases. The price stays the same for you. These links are marked with an asterisk (*). The English pages currently contain no affiliate links. You can find more details in our affiliate disclosure.
Who supplies the products, and who do I contact if there's a problem with an order?
We don't sell any products ourselves. If you buy through one of our links, your purchase contract is with Amazon or with the individual seller on Amazon. Shipping, delivery times, returns and warranty are handled by Amazon or that seller. If there's a problem with an order, please contact Amazon.de customer service.
How do you choose the products?
We start by explaining why a problem happens. Often a household basic is enough, and when it is, we say so. We only recommend a product if it fits the problem. To decide, we check the product page, availability and reviews. There are no paid placements. We review our articles regularly and replace products that are no longer available.
